Inspirit is led by a team of senior professionals whose careers have been built inside India's banking system, in the boardrooms of operating companies, and in the practice of law, finance and regulation. Their collective experience runs to several decades and spans the disciplines a serious professional engagement requires.

At the leadership level, the firm brings together former senior bankers from India's private-sector banks — with direct experience of credit, corporate lending, restructuring and recovery — alongside seasoned corporate executives who have led businesses at Managing Director and CEO level, and industrialists with hands-on experience of building, running and scaling operating companies. This is not academic experience of business; it is practitioner experience of it.

Supporting them is a practice group of specialists: finance and accounting professionals advising on direct and indirect tax, audit and strategic finance; corporate governance professionals handling incorporation, statutory filings, SEBI and FEMA compliance; insolvency and restructuring professionals with active mandates under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code; and corporate lawyers with experience across civil, corporate, insolvency and disputes matters.
